A class of chair-based and standing postures and movements based on yoga practices and general fitness exercises. Participants have the option to stand or remain seated throughout the class. Resistance bands or small hand weights are also used for strength work.
Online classes need to be booked 2 hours prior to ensure the equipment is available. Please contact Debbie on 0403 915 268 if you were unable to book to see if an online class is running.
