A class of chair-based and standing postures and movements based on yoga practices and general fitness exercises. Participants have the option to stand or remain seated throughout the class. Resistance bands or small hand weights are also used for strength work.
NOTE: The Monday face-to-face class is currently full. If you wish to be placed on a waiting list for this or other times, please contact LaiLin Yoga. This class can be attended online but bookings are required 2 hours prior to the class starting
